About me
Supervision is a dedicated time to explore our work, reflect on challenges and dilemmas, and address those instances where something feels off, yet the cause is unclear. In our profession, we constantly balance our own and others’ expectations, while also navigating external pressures. I have worked in a variety of domains, such as conferences, legal settings, performance, medical and Access to Work. I recall a time when supervision was unavailable, leaving me with no outlet for the mental load I carried daily – something that impacted both my work and personal life. This is why I deeply value supervision.
We experience both the highs and lows of our profession. Having the opportunity to openly share with a supervisor is invaluable. It helps maintain a positive relationship with work, gain a clear perspective on a healthy work-life balance, and deepen self-reflection. It also encourages us to challenge our thinking when needed, fostering both personal and professional growth. Supervision isn’t just for tackling challenges; it’s also a place to celebrate our successes.
I offer remote supervision sessions and a free 30-minute introductory session where you can ask any questions and explore how supervision could benefit you.
